Jessi Preston is a graduate of the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, and currently works as a tattoo artist, illustrator, and small business owner in Portland, Oregon. She was co-founder of Two Horses in Montreal and currently owns Lombard Street Tattoo in St. Johns, PDX.
Her work has been featured in Elle Quebec, Vogue.com, COMPLEX, 33Mag, Things & Ink Magazine, Swallows & Daggers, and Juxtaposes’ Tattoo of the Day. In 2015 Jessi was voted Best Tattoo Artist in Montreal via Cult Magazine and her shop, Two Horses was voted top 5 Best Tattoo Shops in Montreal for 5 years.
Some clients Jessi has worked with include Tattly, Slack, Macy’s, Stay Home Club, Explorers Press and Cycle Dog.
In 2018 Ms. Preston co-founded Reform Oregon Tattooing, an organization of licensed, working tattooers in the state of Oregon advocating for more effective regulation of the tattoo industry.
Jessi has supported a number of charity and mutual aid organizations both locally and internationally over the past 13 years.
